Volume Stereos will ship order within 1-2 business days on most cases. Occassionally shipping may take longer. You will be contacted on the occurrence that an item cannot ship for an extended period of time.
Volume Stereos accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, wire transfers, bank checks, and personal checks. If items are purchased
with checks we have to wait until the checks cleared.
Sales tax assessed to NY state residents at the current rate.
Shipping rates listed on the site are for ground rates with UPS or Fedex.
Sales are final
Dead On Arrival(DOA)
If your product is dead on arrival claims should be submitted within 7 days.
Returns
Volume Stereos does not generally take returns of any working product. We try our best to keep our customers satisfied
so if you are terribly unhappy with a working product usually we can take it back with a 20% restocking fee.
Any product sent to Volume Stereos without an RMA and prior approval of customer service will be refused.
Errors on our Web Site
Volume Stereos tries very hard to make sure the information on our web site is accurate and up to date. Unfortunately,
due to the amount of information on our site there may be the rare instance when information about a product is inaccurate or
incomplete. We make no guarantee that the information on our site is error free or complete. We update the site constantly
and try our best to get everything right. We may update the site without notice to better reflect the products. We reserve the right to cancel
or refuse orders containing errors or inaccuracy including after the order has been placed. If your credit card has been
charged and the order is cancelled you will be fully refunded.

that occurs with products purchased from us.
