Volume Stereos will attempt to ship all orders within 1 to 2 business days. If there is
a delay in shipping the customer will be contacted.
Shipping is free on orders greater than $100.
Standard shipping is via UPS ground.
If you need
expedited shipping please call for pricing or mention it in your order notes and
we will inform of you
of shipping price shortly.
Order less than $100 will be charged $7 to ship in the continental United States.
Dead On Arrival(DOA)
If your product is dead on arrival claims should be submitted within 7 days.
Volume Stereos will work to make sure customer gets a quick replacement.
Returns
Volume Stereos does not generally take returns of any working products.
In certain cases we can accept returns on unopened products, in such cases there is a 25% restocking fee.
Any product sent to Volume Stereos without an RMA and prior approval of
customer service will be refused.
